Kamran Ali
Kamran is a Partner at Inspired Capital. Prior to Inspired, Kamran was an investor at Point72, where he worked on venture, growth, and private equity investments, including the acquisition of the New York Mets. He began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Kamran has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital and brings over a decade of experience supporting companies at every stage of growth.
At Inspired, he invests across all sectors with a particular focus on software products that deliver step-change improvements to underexplored markets, especially those reimagining the industrial economy and the future of commerce. He works closely with companies like ShopMy, Axion Ray, Remark, Edia, Queen One, Paragon, and several unannounced investments.
Chris Brown
Chris is a Partner at Inspired Capital. He joined the founding team of Inspired at the firm’s inception after getting his start in venture capital as an Associate at First Round. Chris originally began his career at The Blackstone Group. He has spent the last decade as an institutional investor partnering with early stage founders.
At Inspired, Chris invests across all categories with a particular focus on emergent technologies applied to traditional markets such as healthcare, financial services, energy, and agriculture. He works closely with Inspired portfolio companies BrightAI, QA Wolf, Spara, Compass Regulatory, Arketa, Scythe Robotics, and a number of unannounced investments.
